When it comes to transforming homes with confidence, Initial Point is your only point for all your renovations. Our recent project in Hampton Park is a clear example of how we turn problem areas into beautifully finished, highly functional spaces.
This renovation began with a bathroom that had ongoing leak issues, leading to mould build-up and an overall tired appearance. Our team carried out a full demolition of the main bathroom, removing the bathtub and addressing the underlying issues to create a fresh, healthy foundation.
From there, we delivered a complete bathroom renovation in Hampton Park, designed to maximise space, storage, and modern appeal. The outdated window shutters were removed and tiled around, creating a clean, streamlined finish that instantly lifted the room.
A standout feature of the new design is the extra-large walk-up shower, complete with a fixed glass screen and a fully tiled base for a seamless look. We also incorporated a recessed shower niche-providing practical storage without interrupting the clean lines of the space.
The addition of a sleek floating vanity, paired with a shaving cabinet above, enhances both style and functionality by increasing storage while maintaining an open feel. To further optimise the layout, we repurposed the existing shelf next to the vanity-proving that smart home renovations in Hampton Park are about making the most of what’s already there.
