I live in an apartment, and a leaking pipe above my bathroom ceiling had been a problem for some time.  Once Nish had convinced the Body Corporate to cover costs of repair, the job was done with remarkable swiftness and ease.  In very short order Nish organised a plumber, plasterer, and painter, all of whom were excellent workers.  The result is a brand new looking ceiling - with no leaks and no holes! Initial Point and team has managed leak detection and fix for our property very well and in an efficient manner.
Leaking balcony got re-tiled & completed the caulking works to stop the leak currently and for future. Team has checked thoroughly the leak, wait d for few weeks after the fix done and made sure that it doesn’t happen again and made it waterproof once all checks completed..
We also had a box gutter leak issue where  plaster board repair & painting required which has been done by Initial point inclusive of shower screen adjustments..

Initial Point team is thorough in detecting and fixing the issues and very well organised in ongoing maintenance work.

I had an issue with the balcony ceiling caused by a broken water membrane on the upper floor.  Initial Point was selected among the 3 quotes obtained.  I have only good words for Nish the contractor who re-established priorities to get my balcony ceiling fixed in good time in the week before auction that Saturday.  He was earnest and zealous with excellent communication skills.  His staff did a good job over two days due to bad weather and had the ceiling patched. We have had a leaking balcony straight into our lounge room for 8 months and after multiple different trades coming out, unable to fix the job, we found Nish from Initial Point.
Nish and his team from day 1 had excellent communication throughout the whole job and were able to sort this out for us. We cannot thank them enough. We cannot recommend Initial Point more. Manish and his team are very attentive, thorough and good at communicating in a timely manner.
Have you ever heard of tradies that don't show up? Leave a mess? Take ages to reply?
Well the team at Initialpoint are the OPPOSITE!
I will definately recommend them for any renovation.
Fyi- we had our shower and toilet replaced. There were 3 small leaks but that was quickly resolved!

I simply cannot speak highly enough of Nish and his team.

After dealing with multiple builders, all of whom ended up disappearing, lacked communication, or struggled to meet our needs, Nish was a breath of fresh air.

He is so responsive and attentive, and was able to fix our problem as soon as he took ownership (we had been waiting 2 years prior to him taking on the job).

We had been dealing with a mould issue in our roof, and within a few weeks Nish had: found the cause, fixed the leak, removed the mould, and patched the roof - all with outstanding workmanship.
