This bathroom renovation transformed a problematic space into a functional and modern shower area. The previous setup featured a shower above a bathtub, which had multiple water ingress points causing leaks into the adjoining bedroom and hallway walls. The bathtub base was severely rotted, highlighting the extent of the damage.
We began by conducting comprehensive leak detection using thermal imaging, moisture meters, pressure testing, and spray testing to fully understand the issue. The entire bathroom was then demolished, and a fresh design was implemented to optimise the layout. The bathtub was removed, and a step-up shower base was installed to better utilise the space.
The newly tiled bathroom not only resolves the previous water damage but also offers a sleek, refreshed look that meets modern functionality standards.
